Kindergarten students
These super adorable turkey hats were made by some Kindergartners getting ready for their Thanksgiving musical. (They even hand-painted the colorful paper for the turkey feathers.) Students learned that costume designers make outfits for people in plays, musicals and movies. We talked about the connection between art and music, and how costumes can help the audience identify a character. I cannot wait to see their performance next week in their costumes under the direction of our amazing music teacher, Ms. Jetton!
